The Laboratory accepts complaints in free text, submitted only in written form, either in person at Printing Works of the BNB Corp., by email, or sent via courier. The timeframe for reviewing the complaint, notifying, and providing information to the complainant is up to 10 working days from the day of receipt. The Laboratory shall notify the complainant in written form of the completion of the complaint handling process and the decisions made.
